InsertInlineWebImage 将来自URL的图片插入到当前Word光标位置的文本行中。

语法：

pageofficectrl.word.InsertInlineWebImage( ImageURL  );

插入的图片相当于在文档中当前位置处插入了一个字符，当前文字会被插入的图片左右挤开。
