InsertInlineWebImage 将来自URL的图片插入到当前Office文档。
语法：
document.getElementById("PageOfficeCtrl1").InsertInlineWebImage( ImageURL );

插入的图片相当于在文档中当前位置处插入了一个字符，当前文字会被插入的图片左右挤开。
ImageURL：
如果以"/"开头，为Web应用程序的根目录的路劲。
如果不以"/"开头，为相对于当前页面的路径。
